This forum is the official forum of the Carolina Rover Owners Club. Registration is free and open to everyone. Be advised, that while we hope you find this forum to be a useful resource, we are in no position to review every post for accuracy. The information or opinions contained in any posts are solely those of the user who made the post.

General Forum Rules:

1. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not permitted.
2. Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the Private Message system to spam other members. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for spamming; spammers will be banned immediately and permanently.
3. Do not link to any site that contains adult content, sexually oriented material, or might otherwise be considered offensive. Any post containing an inappropriate link will be deleted and the poster will receive a warning.
4. No offensive language. We will not tolerate the use of any obscene, indecent, vulgar, or offensive language.
5. Inappropriate words will be edited. Accounts with inappropriate user names may be deleted. The CROC officers shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate this rule. Keep it polite. You are free to disagree with others, but if you stoop to personal abuse or attacks, your post(s) will be deleted. If you ARE insulted please report the post, but DO NOT retaliate. Our decision is final in these matters.
6. No discussions about illegal activities.
7. Respect the copyrights of other people, websites, software and printed media.
8. Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts.
9. Please do not use all caps (this is interpreted as YELLING).
10. Any signature or avatar that is offensive or insulting to either us or our members is prohibited.
11. We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature or avatar at any time, for any reason..
12. Forum rules are enforced by Moderators which are assigned by the Forum Administrators.
13. Moderators have additional rights in their forum. Besides the closing or complete deletion of threads, they can also move them or make them sticky.
14. Moderators can set up additional posting rules which meet the characteristics of their forum.
15. If you think a moderator is abusing his or her power, feel free to contact an Administrator.
16. Super Moderators are Moderators which have moderation rights on all available forums. Super Moderators are appointed by the Administrators.
17. Administrators are people maintaining the technical background of this community forum. They are responsible for appointing Moderators and Super Moderators.
