With the careful management of local government and the stewardship of our local clubs and citizens, our trails are kept clean and safe for riders of all skill levels.
As a bonus, our trails have a view to offer that is second to none, and the hospitality of our people will make the trip to Harlan County the best you'll ever take. Best of all, there's no charge to use our park, so we hope you'll load up your 4x4 or ATV and come ride with us
Officially opened June 4, 2005, Black Mountian Recreational Park recieves hundreds of riders each month from all over the eastern U.S. who come to take in the beauty and take on the challenge of the rugged Appalachian Mountains.
